I kindly request that you attentively read the product descriptions. It is essential to note that I am unable to offer compensation to customers who overlook the information provided in the product description before making a purchase.

Additionally, please be aware that all prints are accompanied by borders, which are factored into the final dimensions listed in the product description.

RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

While it is infrequent, accidents can occasionally occur. To provide you with peace of mind when making art purchases online, I offer an immediate replacement option in the highly unlikely event that your art is found to be defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive an incorrect item.

Upon receiving your order, I ask that you inspect it. If you detect any defects, damage, or if you have received the incorrect item, please contact us promptly. This will enable us to assess the issue and take appropriate corrective measures.

In the event that your item has arrived in a damaged condition, please reach out to me within 24 hours of receiving your package so that we can promptly coordinate a replacement.

I will require photographic documentation of the following:

  • The external packaging
  • The shipping label on the packaging
  • The damage to the artwork or frame

If a return is deemed necessary for me to assess the item before processing your refund, I will cover the cost of return shipping. However, there may be situations where the return of the defective product is not required for me to facilitate your replacement or issue a refund or store credit.

Please be aware that if you contact me regarding damage or defects beyond 24 hours from the time of receiving your package, I cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES

Fine Art Prints - Due to the made-to-order nature of my Fine Art prints, we maintain a strict 1-hour window for cancellations or exchanges. It is imperative that you reach out to me within 1 hour of your purchase to request any changes to your order or to initiate a cancellation. After this timeframe, I cannot guarantee the ability to cancel or exchange your order.

Original Artwork - All Original Art sales are final and therefore can not be cancelled or exchanged. 

EUROPEAN UNION 3-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the aforementioned policy, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you possess the right to cancel your order within 3 days for any reason and without the need for justification.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If your cancellation is approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. It is important to note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

After the 1-hour cancellation window (3-day period for EU customers), we are unable to accept cancellations or returns.

All of my Fine Art prints are meticulously crafted on a made-to-order basis, infused with care and dedication. Consequently, I do not maintain inventory, rendering me unable to accept returns, exchanges, or changes of mind.

Due to the higher value associated with original paintings, all sales of these items are considered final, and returns are not accepted.

CANCELLATIONS OF PAYMENT PLANS

In the event that your item has been placed on hold due to a payment plan, I will provide a full refund to your original payment method if you opt to cancel the payment plan. Please be advised that reasonable business costs incurred in processing payments and securing your item may be deducted. To request a cancellation of your payment plan, kindly forward your request via email to suzie.lincoln@hotmail.co.uk.

Framing your Fine Art Prints

30x40cm Somerset Enhanced Velvet 330gsm with a 1inch border without a mount.

With so many different options of frames available to choose from, I decided the prints will not come with frames. However I have made sure each print can be framed within standard off the shelf frames. Every print comes with a 1 inch/2.5cm border, which is included in the overall print size. This can, if you choose, be used as your mount and can be popped straight into a frame as it comes. For example the framed image you can see is a 30x40cm purchased print, in a 30x40cm IKEA frame (33x43cm overall). The mount that came with the frame has been used, therefore cropping a small amount of the print image making it 21x30cm.

Please make sure you read the measurements properly before purchasing a frame to make sure the print will fit.

Here is a 50x70cm print with a border, making up the rest of the print size.

This is a 50x50cm print with a 2.5cm/1 inch border. This will fit in a 50x50cm frame without a mount.

If you would like your finished artwork framed in a tray/floating frame(which I advise due to the extra luxury it creates), please be aware a frame will add roughly an extra 2-4cm to the overall size. They will be framed ready to hang straight onto your wall.

The standard colours offered are black, white and gold. If you would like another colour or a specific frame please email me to discuss options.

The frame moulding that is used comes in either a small tray (1cmx2.2cm) and a deep tray (1.5cmx4.4cm) depending on the canvas depth. This will all be discussed before the frame is fitted.
